Don’t rub your eyes and stop pinching yourself. Saudi Arabia under the able leadership of the Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman Al Saud, is all set to transform itself very very fast. And if the authorities in the most conservative Islamic nation with the sacred monuments of Mecca and Medina have given permission for this, I am sure they must have given a lot of thought about it.

In the form of reforms, first came to some much needed essential rights for women and now to benefit some visitors who miss a vibrant and extravagant nightlife, there are plans for a night club soon in the city of Jeddah.

Jeddah is a Saudi Arabian city in the Tihamah region of the Hejaz. It is located on the coast of the Red Sea. Not just the largest city in its province, but it also has the distinction of the largest seaport on the Red Sea. Jeddah is the country’s commercial capital, with a population of about four million people, which is a major urban center of western Saudi Arabia.

From a tourist perspective, it is one of Saudi Arabia’s primary resort cities with access to the Red Sea. Home to a lot of Malls, shopping districts, dining, and luxury stays if everything goes as per plans the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will open its first-ever night club soon. It’s set to transform the nation while still safely retaining its beautiful culture and tradition.

As per grapevine and reports, “White” which is a nightclub brand with a presence in Dubai and Beirut, is all set to open in Jeddah. But this one is a “halal nightclub” experience, am sure none would have heard of it before. Hallal means following and being governed by Islamic laws. As a result, there will be only non-alcoholic drinks on offer and the same laws for the entire food and beverage section.

This is going to benefit not just the travelers, but also the locals in Jeddah who usually travel to Dubai to enjoy the nightlife. This concept is seen as a very unique way of preserving the Islamic tradition, while at the same time catering to the new age generation and closing its gap from being fully conservative to a conservative society with broad thinking within Islamic boundaries.

The place is supposedly going to be termed Iris and the concept will be high-end cafe and lounge. Open morning to late night, will serve breakfast to dinner and also serve an international lounge experience. This going to be something exciting and very unique even for the local people and is expected to be a hit even before it opens its doors to guests.
